A 59-year-old man is in critical condition at the Nicosia General Hospital ICU after he was hit by a car on Monday night while crossing the street.
Police reports said that the incident occurred in Kennedy Avenue at around 10pm. The 59-year-old man was reportedly crossing the street when he was hit by a car driven by a 24-year-old man.
The 59-year-old, who suffered multiple pelvic fractures, was transferred to the Nicosia General Hospital.
Nicosia traffic police is investigating the case.
